Sheridan Civic Theatre Guild (Sheridan Stage)

Address:
419 Delphi Ave., Sheridan, WY 82801

The Sheridan Civic Theatre Guild was established in 1956 by the Sheridan Junior Women’s Club, under the direction of Bill Thompson. Our first season started that year with the production of Nash’s The Rainmaker. In 1979, the Civic Theatre Guild acquired a lease for the Carriage House Theater, where we continue to stage productions to this day.

Today, the Civic Theatre Guild is comprised of community residents from a variety of personal and professional backgrounds and with a shared passion for theater. The mission of the CTG is to produce and promote community-based performing arts. With broad-based support from the Sheridan community, the CTG has been producing the best in community entertainment since 1956.

The Sheridan Civic Theatre Guild is comprised of individuals from a variety of personal and professional backgrounds who have two things in common: a love of their community and a passion for theater. Through the support, generosity and goodwill of the Sheridan community, we have been bringing you the best in homegrown entertainment since 1956.

  • Our mission is to produce and promote community-based performing arts.

  • Our goal is to enhance your appreciation for the arts and theater by providing you with the opportunity to be a part of the experience.

We are proud to present our hard work and effort at the Carriage House Theater, located on the grounds of the Trail End State Historic Site. The Carriage House offers an intimate space for viewing the finest in local theater, and with only eighty-seven seats to choose from we guarantee that every seat is the BEST seat in the house!
