The Sheridan Farmer's Market (formally the Grinnell Plaza Farmer’s Market) hosts local growers and local artisan whom provide fresh produce and other foods, crafts, demonstrations, and youth activities. Also local musicians frequent the market to provide a festive atmosphere. The market is held every Thursday and runs from mid-July to mid-September, at the Whitney Commons.
